About V.P - Sales :

We are looking for a highly driven Vice President - Sales who thrives on achieving ambitious targets and takes ownership of outcomes. This role is instrumental in turning our strategic vision into reality, driving key sales initiatives and ensuring our sales teams are aligned and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities :

Strategic Leader : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our growth objectives and market opportunities.

Execution Powerhouse : Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets, driving key sales initiatives and optimizing the sales process.

Market Expander : Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, expanding our customer base and increasing market share.

Operational Dynamo : Optimize sales processes, identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and drive performance.

Trusted Confidante : Act as a key advisor to the management team, offering insights, anticipating challenges and helping make informed decisions that shape our future.

Team Builder : Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the team is motivated and equipped to succeed.

Communication Champion : Manage internal and external communications, ensuring our sales message is clear, consistent and compelling.
