Location : Gurgaon Open Positions : 8–10

Stipend : INR 20,000 per month during training (3–6 months)

Post-Training Compensation : Salary aligned with market standards

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales & Growth Interns with appetite of learning new things, & who are eager to build a strong foundation in B2B sales, consultative engagement, lead generation, and sales analytics.

Key Responsibilities - Conduct market research to identify potential B2B clients and new business opportunities.

  • Support lead generation efforts through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other digital channels.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline in CRM tools.
  • Assist in creating client presentations, proposals, and product demos.
  • Participate in client conversations to understand needs and align solutions accordingly.
  • Maintain strong prospect communication to build long-term relationships.
  • Track weekly / monthly performance metrics and support revenue goals.

Skills & Learning Outcomes - Competency in IT & software solution selling.

  • Practical experience in lead generation & B2B outreach.
  • Ability to prepare and interpret sales analytics.
  • Consultative and solution-oriented selling skills.
  • Hands-on CRM usage and pipeline tracking.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Collaboration across functions and business processes.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile - Fresh Engineering graduate / MCA / BCA or candidate with 0–1 year experience.

  • Course / Diploma in Cybersecurity will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset and good Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
  • Interest in sales, business development, and the technology sector.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
