Key Responsibilities
- Manage & optimise marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, etc.).
- Run D2C site (Shopify) : product uploads, UX updates, offers, collections.
- Plan & execute launches, promos and monthly revenue strategies.
- Track KPIs : ROAS, CVR, AOV, CAC, returns %, stock turns.
- Coordinate inventory forecasting, replenishment & operations.
- Drive PDP content, product shoots and brand consistency.
- Deliver weekly performance reports & competitor insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, ops, design & finance.
Key Skills
Marketplace ops & listing optimisation (PDP, A+ content)Paid performance & campaign execution (Amazon Ads, Meta / Google basics)Conversion rate optimisation & basic CRO for product pagesStrong Excel / Sheets + reporting (dashboards, pivot tables)Analytics mindset (GA4 / basic SQL or BI familiarity)Inventory planning & supply-chain coordinationMerchandising & visual / content direction (shoots, creatives)Project management & stakeholder communicationNegotiation with vendors / platform AMsFamiliarity with Shopify, Seller Central, Unicommerce / OMS, Klaviyo / WebEngage (or similar)Qualifications
3–6 years e-commerce experience (brand + agency / partner)Hands-on with marketplaces & Shopify; fashion / lifestyle preferred
