Job descriptionOTBI (Oracle Transactional BI) : Create real-time dashboards and analytics using subject areas (e.g., Recruiting, Core HR, Workforce). HCM Extracts : Design, schedule, and monitor extracts for HR / recruiting data exchange with external systems. Fast Formulas : Able to build, debug and maintain formulas.

Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and support HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher reports , and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
- Configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and related HCM modules.
- Build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet business reporting requirements.
- Support end-to-end functional flows (Hire to Retire) including ORC to Core HR transitions – Candidate → Pending Worker → Employee.
- Develop and manage HDL-based data loads and inbound / outbound integrations with third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HCM tools, ensuring timely support to business users.
Technical Skills :
BI Publisher (BIP) : Develop custom reports, build complex data models, configure bursting, and customize layouts.
