Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Lead

We are hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Lead with strong expertise in UK Payroll and Absence modules .

If you have 12–14 years of overall IT experience and 6–8 years in Oracle Fusion HCM UK Payroll implementations , this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM for UK clients, with focus on Payroll and Absence.
• Manage System Integration Testing, UAT support, and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation.
• Work hands-on with tools like HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, BI Reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader .
• Drive discussions with stakeholders across business, technical, and management teams.
• Oversee integrations, data migrations, and reporting related to Payroll, OTL, and Absence.
• Prepare project reports, manage risks, and ensure smooth delivery across phases.
