Shift : Fixed Night Shift to align with US business hours : 7 : 30 PM to 4 : 30 AM IST .

The Role

As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, specializing in sourcing and screening top talent for our US clients.

We are seeking experience in sourcing and screening for permanent roles across the following domains :

Non-IT / Professional

Healthcare

Legal

IT

Note : This is an onsite position based in Mohali. We are not considering remote applications.

What You Bring (Skills & Experience)

US Staffing Experience : A minimum of 6 months of dedicated experience in US staffing or US call center.

Communication : Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, essential for interacting with US candidates and stakeholders.

Shift Flexibility : Must be comfortable and willing to work in the night shift (7 : 30 PM - 4 : 30 AM IST).

Sourcing Expertise : Proven skills in headhunting , high-quality candidate sourcing, and effectively building rapport with candidates.

Process Management : Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Database Management.
