Your Role
As an Enterprise Sales Manager you will be at the forefront of driving business growth through innovative IT solutions. You will manage enterprise sales opportunities, build and sustain client relationships, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Opportunity Management : Identify, manage team of sellers, and close enterprise sales opportunities, driving revenue growth.
- Solution Selling Expertise : Demonstrate hands-on experience in selling IT solutions, including :
- Data Center Modernization
- Networking
- Cybersecurity
- Digital Work Place (DWP)
- MSO (Manage Services)
- Executive Collaboration : Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level Executives in large enterprise accounts.
- Technical Coordination : Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
- Market Awareness : Stay updated with the latest industry trends and market dynamics to offer innovative solutions.
- Relationship Building : Develop and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
- Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills
Education :Bachelor’s degree (preferred).MBA is an added advantage.Experience :Minimum 12 years of sales experience in IT infrastructure, with a strong preference for cybersecurity sales experience.Industry Knowledge :Deep understanding of IT infrastructure trends and market requirements.Skills :Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.Self-driven, team-oriented, and capable of working independently.What We Offer
