What will you be a part of?
As Digital Marketing Manager for Core MR (Promotional Effectiveness Tracking, Awareness / Trial / Usage, and Patient Chart Audits), you'll lead full-funnel, integrated campaign strategy and execution. This role requires a proven growth marketer who can build repeatable systems, optimize for pipeline and revenue, and scale programs across multiple product lines. You'll establish the brief-to-launch processes that enable ZoomRx to run high-impact campaigns in parallel while embodying our Creative Sage archetype.
Why this role matters : Lead integrated campaign strategy and execution for our Core MR product line so we can run multiple high-impact programs in parallel.
Location : Chennai (Hybrid)
Roles / Responsibili ties :
- Lead end-to-end campaign strategy for the Core MR suite across paid social, search, ABM, email, syndication & webinars
- Develop positioning & messaging with Product Owners;
create reusable assets for Sales, Consulting & Marketing
Build sales enablement content : decks, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, talk tracks & objection handlersSet up performance frameworks : KPIs, A / B tests, channel targets & optimization for CAC, CPL, pipeline & revenue attributionOptimize Salesforce operations : lead conversion flows, stage definitions & pipeline hygieneManage creative / content partners while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpointsCollaborate cross-functionally to refine ICPs, gather win / loss insights & iterate campaignsLead quarterly / annual planning to align product roadmaps & revenue goals with marketing strategyEstablish campaign ops best practices : naming conventions, UTMs, asset management, workflows & reporting cadenceQualification :
6+ years in B2B digital / growth marketing with ownership of multi-channel, pipeline-driving campaignsSalesforce expert (3+ years) : dashboards, reports, funnel views, attribution, ROI analysis & product-line performance trackingProven success marketing complex products in life sciences, healthcare, SaaS, or professional servicesHands-on experience with HubSpot / Marketo / Pardot , LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense, Intentsify) & webinar toolsStrong ABM background with successful program launches and sales–marketing alignmentExcellent copywriting & messaging skills;able to create positioning, narratives & sales enablement content
Process-oriented with experience building templates, workflows & scalable systemsData-driven operator skilled in funnel analysis, CRO, attribution & ROI modelingAbility to manage multiple campaigns / product launches simultaneously with high qualityStrong cross-functional collaborator across Product, Sales & CSLife sciences / healthcare experience is mandatory;familiarity with pharmabuying processes is a must.
