About RateGain RateGain is a global leader in AI-powered SaaS solutions for the travel and hospitality industry, helping 3,200+ customers and 700+ partners across 100+ countries accelerate revenue generation. Through our end-to-end platform, we empower hotels, airlines, and travel brands to optimize pricing, distribution, and customer acquisition.

UNO Direct is RateGain’s direct booking enhancement suite, designed to help hotel partners increase conversion, boost direct booking share, and drive high-quality website traffic using data-driven experimentation and continuous optimization.

About the Role

We are looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to drive direct booking growth and conversion optimization for UNO Direct. The role focuses on improving hotel partner performance through data-led experiments, funnel optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Data, and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute revenue growth initiatives across UNO Direct.

Identify and prioritize product features that improve conversion, upsell, and user engagement.

  • Analyze booking funnel performance;

run A / B tests and optimization experiments.

Conduct audits on hotel setups (rates, content, UX) to improve direct booking share.

Build and maintain a Revenue Optimization Playbook for hotel partners.

Present insights, trends, and opportunities to internal and client stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

6–10 years in Product Growth, Revenue Optimization, or E-commerce / SaaS Growth roles.

Strong understanding of booking funnels, CRO, digital acquisition, and analytics.

Skilled in data analysis, hypothesis testing, and ROI modeling.

Experience working with Product, Marketing, and CX teams.

Knowledge of hotel tech (CRS / PMS, OTAs, rate parity) is preferred.

SEO, paid media, or digital marketing experience is a plus.
