Job Description This is an operational role responsible for ensuring all legal aspects of commercial matters in that particular region are handled in a swift, efficient and cost effective manner Responsibilities � Assist the legal operations team in connection with the Company�s Contract Management System and ensure strong coordination with various business units within the Company w.r.t same � Proactively addresses new processes to expedite legal support, legal documentation and management of risks � Support on merger / demerger activities � Responsible for review, vetting and finalization of network related agreements � Negotiation, review, vetting, finalization, execution and registration of Lease-Ins & Lease-Outs � Monetization � Bid Process, Auction Process, Negotiation, Review, Vetting, Finalization of Drafts, Execution & Registration of Agreements / Deeds, Execution & Registration of agreements, deeds and such other documentation as may be necessary and required for a particular transaction in due adherence with the statutory regulations. Desired Skill sets � Commercial Pricing � Financial & Business acumen Knowledge of Data � Voice & Managed services Analytical skills & Strategic acumen � Strong presentation & communication skills Proficiency in using MS Excel & create iterative models
