The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.

1. Education & Professional Background
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Energy & Power Engineering, or related fields preferred.2. Management & Leadership
Proven experience in team management, talent development, and performance enhancement.Ability to coordinate resources between headquarters and local operations and effectively drive strategy execution.3. Industry Experience
Minimum 2 years of after-sales management experience in the solar or inverter industry.4. Localized Operational Capability
Familiarity with India’s service market, customer behavior, and business ecosystem.Demonstrated experience in building localized service systems from scratch (0 to 1).5. Language & Location Requirements
Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, to coordinate with headquarters and local customers.Willingness to be based in India long-term, with occasional travel to Shenzhen as required.
