Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop and manage paid media budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending and high ROI.
  • Conduct A / B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics, providing insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in digital advertising.
  • Implement retargeting, remarketing, and audience segmentation strategies for improved conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a proven track record in lead generation and conversions.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook / Meta Ads, Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Experience in managing budgets and optimizing ad spending for maximum results.
  • Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, landing page optimization, and funnel marketing.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
