Key Responsibilities :

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor s degree in Operations Management Engineering Food Technology or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations management within FMCG preferably food and beverage.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes supply chain management and quality control standards.
Experience with food safety certifications and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in ERP / MRP systems and MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
