Job Title : KNX Programmer

Location : Hyderabad

Job description :

• Develop, code, and debug AV control system programs using platforms such as
• Crestron, AMX, Extron, QSC Q-SYS, Biamp Tesira
• , etc.
• Create custom user interfaces (UIs) for touch panels, mobile devices, and control surfaces.
• Integrate AV equipment including displays, switchers, projectors, audio processors, DSPs, video conferencing systems, and lighting controls.
• Program automation sequences, device communication, and system logic
• Configure AV networking, IP / serial communication, audio routing, and video signal paths.
• Set up DSP configurations (e.g., EQ, feedback control, gain structure).
• Ensure compatibility between hardware, firmware, and control components.
• Perform system-level tests and troubleshooting to ensure stable functionality.
• Prepare programming documentation, system diagrams, and configuration files.
• Maintain version control and update logs for all programmed systems.
• Provide operation manuals for client training
• Communicate with project managers, designers, and clients to understand programming requirements.
• Support clients with training sessions and technical explanations during handover.
• Proficiency in
• Crestron (SIMPL, VT-Pro, Crestron Studio), AMX NetLinx, Extron Global Scripter, QSC Q-SYS, Biamp Tesira
• , etc.
• Strong understanding of AV signal flow, audio processing, and video distribution.
• Networking knowledge : VLANs, IP addressing, DHCP, TCP / IP protocols.
• Experience with video conferencing platforms (Zoom Rooms, MS Teams Rooms, Cisco).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Lua, C#, JavaScript preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Attention to detail and time management.
