We are seeking a Full Stack Developer who will play a pivotal role in building and scaling the Talentorial platform (web + mobile). This is an exciting opportunity to work on a global-impact project at the intersection of AI, education, and career development.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications for the Talentorial ecosystem.

Work across the full stack — front-end, back-end, database, and cloud infrastructure.

Develop and maintain APIs and data integrations between AI modules, analytics systems, and partner platforms.

Ensure high-performance, responsive, and secure applications.

Collaborate with UI / UX designers, data engineers, and AI developers.

Implement best practices for version control, testing, and CI / CD.

Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.

Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and product architecture discussions.

Technical Skills

Front-End

React.js / Next.js or Angular

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

Responsive design & cross-browser optimization

Back-End

Node.js / Express / NestJS

RESTful APIs & GraphQL

Python (Django / FastAPI preferred for AI integration)

Database

MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL

Knowledge of Redis or Firebase a plus

DevOps & Cloud :

AWS / Google Cloud / Azure experience

Docker & CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)

Cloud storage, authentication, and security frameworks

Others

Familiarity with AI / ML integrations via APIs

Experience integrating payment gateways, analytics, and third-party APIs

Basic understanding of data privacy (GDPR, UAE PDP Law compliance)

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science / IT / Engineering.

Minimum 8 years of full-stack development experience.

Proven record of building scalable platforms (startup or ed-tech preferred).

Strong debugging, performance-optimization, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
