Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Tableau Developer with at least 5 years of experience in building interactive, efficient, and user-friendly dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate must have strong Tableau expertise, SQL proficiency, and a good understanding of data modeling and visualization best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop and Server.
• Interpret business requirements to design and build data visualizations that convey clear and impactful insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to finalize KPIs, calculations, and visualization designs.
• Participate in discussions and brainstorming sessions to implement dashboard best practices.
• Propose multiple solutions for given analytical problems, making full use of Tableau and its extensions.
• Ensure data accuracy, dashboard performance, and responsiveness across different use cases.
• Optimize dashboards and reports for speed, usability, and scalability.
• Work closely with product, platform, and program teams to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables.
• Perform peer reviews of dashboards developed by other team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior developers in the team.
• Utilize SQL to connect to data sources, write efficient queries, and understand underlying data models.
• Use tools like Alation to understand metadata, data lineage, and business definitions.
