Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics professional with a strong focus on SQL and Tableau to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data mining, reporting, and visualization, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and deliver high-quality analytics solutions.

Overall Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using Tableau.
• Create SQL scripts to extract data from underlying systems for analysis and reporting.
• Perform data mining, data validation, and data mapping / design to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Prepare data for use by Tableau, establishing connections to various data sources.
• Add or create dimensions, measures, and calculations to enhance data visualizations.
• Conduct data modeling in Tableau Desktop to support analytical needs.
• Support the integration of Power BI as needed for additional visualization solutions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including requirement negotiation and expectations management.
• Document data analysis processes and results for transparency and future reference.
