Job Description : The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and others.
Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, campaigns) that aligns with brand guidelines.
Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely posting.
Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and audience feedback.
Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly / weekly reports.
Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and queries on time.
Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase reach and engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and trends.
Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.
Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing apps is a plus.
Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
