Job descriptionIdentify and onboard high-impact influencers, content creators, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive brand advocacy. Cultivate long-term partnerships with influencers, ensuring authenticity and sustained engagement. Oversee contract negotiations, deliverable agreements, and compliance with brand guidelines. Own the end-to-end execution of influencer-driven campaigns, from ideation to launch. Work closely with category and brand teams to develop compelling campaign narratives. Oversee product seeding initiatives to maximize visibility and trial among influencers. Set KPIs for influencer collaborations, tracking performance metrics like reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Leverage insights and data to optimize future campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement. Present performance reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, influencer marketing innovations, and competitor strategies. Experiment with new platforms, content formats, and influencer categories to enhance brand impact. Manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective partnerships and strong returns. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines. 6-8 years of experience in influencer marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong network and relationships within the fitness creator ecosystem. Proven ability to manage large-scale influencer campaigns with a data-driven approach. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with influencer marketing tools and platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth D2C environment. Lead influencer marketing at a fast-growing organization. Work closely with top influencers, celebrities, and content creators. Be at the forefront of scaling influencer-led brand growth in India.

About The Role :
We are looking for a Senior Manager Influencer Marketing (Fitness) to lead and scale our fitness influencer partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the fitness creator ecosystem.
You will be responsible for developing high-impact collaborations that drive brand awareness, credibility, and conversions within the fitness community.
This role requires a mix of creativity, leadership, and analytical thinking to build impactful partnerships and ensure the success of our influencer initiatives.
