Job descriptionAssist in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts. Track budget variances and provide explanations for deviations. Support scenario planning and financial modeling. Build and maintain financial models (Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Interpret data trends and provide recommendations for business improvement. Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial inputs. Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, investments, and projects. Review financial performance of departments and products. Ensure financial practices comply with GAAP and company policies. Prepare documentation for audits and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and organized financial records. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros preferred). Experience with financial modeling and forecasting. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools. Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
