About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager – Civil who will independently manage end-to-end sales activities for our construction projects. The role requires strong field sales experience, client handling skills, and a solid understanding of civil / construction concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and networking.
Handle all enquiries and leads assigned, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
Understand client requirements, evaluate feasibility, and propose suitable construction solutions.
Conduct site visits, explain offerings, and provide cost estimates.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales independently.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM updates, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the design, engineering, and project teams to ensure smooth execution for clients.
Represent the company in local events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Civil Engineering or related fields an added advantage).
3–7 years of sales experience in construction / civil / real estate / building materials.
Strong understanding of civil construction basics and residential / commercial project concepts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an individual contributor role.
Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu (or region specified).
