We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid media efforts across platforms. This role is crucial to driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and measurable brand visibility through data-driven digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and other paid platforms
- Monitor daily performance metrics and manage campaign budgets to meet ROAS, CPA, and overall growth targets
- Conduct ongoing A / B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments to improve campaign efficiency
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to ensure ad content aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives
- Manage tracking systems such as Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and conversion APIs to ensure accurate attribution
- Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports and insights to inform broader marketing strategy
- Identify new growth opportunities through emerging ad platforms, tools, and strategies
Qualifications :
5-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally within a D2C, fashion, or lifestyle brandStrong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics platforms like GA4Deep understanding of digital marketing KPIs including CTR, ROAS, CPC, and LTVExperience managing budgets across multiple campaigns with a track record of improving ROIPreferred Skills :
Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar e-commerce and email automation platformsFamiliarity with catalog ads, dynamic retargeting, and customer segmentationBasic understanding of creative best practices for performance-focused visuals and copyPrior experience scaling campaigns from ₹1L to ₹5L+ per month is a strong plusWhy Join Us :
