Quality Auditor

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Supply Chain Quality Auditor to manage on-ground quality checks across our stores / warehouses and ensure flawless last-mile performance. The role requires extensive travel to different locations, conducting audits, identifying operational gaps, and reporting insights directly to the Founder.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end operational & quality audits across stores, dark stores, and warehouses.
• Evaluate SOP compliance for inventory management, order processing, dispatch, cold chain (if applicable), packaging, and last-mile execution.
• Identify process gaps, risks, and deviations impacting efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
• Standardize best-in-class operational procedures and ensure their implementation.
• Work closely with the Founder on improvement plans, store performance benchmarking, and operational SLAs.
• Monitor vendor compliance and supply quality metrics (e.g., damages, shrinkage, freshness, accuracy rates, delivery turnaround time).
• Prepare audit reports, dashboards, and weekly governance insights for leadership.
• Train on-ground teams to drive process adherence and quality discipline.
• Travel frequently (up to 70%) to audit multiple locations and support new store launches when needed.
