A leading alternatives investment platform has launched a Private Credit & Hybrid Capital Fund focused on India’s fast-growing mid-market. With capital raised and a strong pipeline across sectors such as healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and financial services, the platform is now expanding its core investment team.

We’re looking for a Vice President – Private Credit to join the team and lead origination and execution of private credit and hybrid capital transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate, structure, and execute credit and hybrid capital deals (NCDs, term loans, CCDs, OCDs, preferred equity)
• Build and maintain relationships with private equity sponsors, corporates, and intermediaries to drive differentiated deal flow
• Oversee end-to-end diligence, documentation, and negotiation for bespoke transactions
• Develop credit frameworks, portfolio monitoring tools, and reporting standards
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall platform development
