Responsibilities :
Account Relationship Management :
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, serving as one point of contact and a trusted advisor on DFOS and related strategies
- Conduct regular business connects with clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
Revenue Growth & Expansion
Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive incremental revenue.Design and implement referral program to drive references from existing accountsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions that meet the evolving needs of strategic accounts.Customer Success & Retention
Work with Key Clients to drive product adoption and utilization.Consistently monitor client health and proactively manage any risk of churn.Contract Management & Renewals
Track and lead negotiations for contract renewals and expansions, ensuring favorable terms and high client retention.Track and report on contract performance, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).Feedback & Continuous Improvement :
Gather and communicate client feedback and competition information to internal teams to influence product improvements and service enhancements.Broad Key Metrics

4+ years of experience in strategic account management, sales leadership, or business development within the technology or SaaS industry.Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and achieving revenue targetsIn-depth understanding of SaaS business models, cloud-based solutions, and subscription economics.Has experience working with Tech and Product teamsExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Please share resumes with
