Career Counselor / Academic & Career Advisor

Job description :

Asmorix Technologies is seeking a dynamic and motivated Career Counsellor with 1–2 years of experience in student counselling, ed-tech, or training institute environments.

You’ll be responsible for guiding students and professionals towards the right IT training programs and supporting them throughout the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities :

Understand student needs and recommend suitable IT courses (e.g., Python, Full Stack, AWS, Data Science, etc.)

Handle telephonic and in-person counselling sessions.

Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Convert enquiries into admissions by effectively communicating the value of the courses.

Eligibility & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

1 to 2 years of counselling / sales / tele-calling experience (preferably in the education / training domain).

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Basic knowledge of trending IT courses is a plus.
