Job descriptionLead and manage a team of 6 professionals, ensuring collaboration and high performance. Oversee end-to-end event execution including planning, budgeting, and delivery with strong problem-solving capabilities. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent relationship management and repeat business. Develop and deliver impactful presentations, pitches, and proposals to acquire new business. Drive revenue growth through proactive business development in the corporate events sector. Work closely with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery. Track industry trends and adopt innovative solutions to enhance client experiences. 12–15 years of experience in the event industry (mandatory). Strong expertise in client servicing, business development, and event execution. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team of 6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, etc.)
