The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in affiliate marketing and performance-driven advertising, with a sharp focus on ROI. As part of our fast-paced marketing team, you’ll be responsible for strategizing, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive targeted traffic, boost engagement, and maximize conversions. PPC Executive position is designed for individuals with a foundational understanding of PPC campaigns who are eager to learn and contribute to our paid advertising efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Launch, optimize, and scale ad campaigns to drive high-converting traffic and sales.
• Promote affiliate offers using paid social media while ensuring compliance with platform and network policies.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, making real-time optimizations
• ⚡Collaborate with creatives to develop high-performance ads (copy + visuals).
• Perform ongoing A / B testing of creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and KPIs using tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and optimizations.
• Stay current on Meta algorithm updates, policy changes, and best practices.

• Audience & Targeting Strategy
• Research and analyze target audiences using demographic, psychographic, and behavioral data
• Create and manage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and implement advanced targeting strategies
• Develop audience segmentation strategies to maximize campaign reach and engagement
