SAP WM Functional Consultant
As an SAP WM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for collaborating with business users and capturing detailed business requirements, analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and preparing (KDR – Key Design Requirements) document, configuring the SAP WM module by creating CRD(Configuration Requirements Document), and overseeing implementations.
Responsibilities
- Document detailed requirements, gain alignment and communicate requirements to all stake holders in business and other Digital teams.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP WM solutions.
- Work with development team, integration, SAP Security, SAP Basis, risk management and compliance team, and other teams as needed to develop, test and implement these solutions.
- Create formal UR(User Requirements), FR(Functional Requirements), Test Scripts in HP ALQ.
- Create RFC’s (Request for change) in Service Manager and get them approved
- Perform testing in development, quality (validated) environments and capture formal test runs in ALQ.
- Create integration diagram, system architecture, high-level end to end and detailed(e.g. using swim lanes) process flow diagrams.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the SAP logistics landscape.
- Prepare KT (Knowledge Transfer) document and conduct formal training sessions to support team and to end-users.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP WM configuration and implementation.Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices.Working knowledge in intercompany, imports, and exports processesWorking knowledge of SD, QM, MM, GTS (Global Trade Services), MDG, and ATTP is a plusProven experience with SAP ECC, S / 4HANA, MM, WM and EWM modules.Knowledge in 3PL / LSPs integration is a plusExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Must be fluent in EnglishPharma experience with clear understanding of batch management is a plusExperience working in GMP and GDP environmentCompensation : Up to 35 LPA
