About the Role :

The Systems Team Lead will oversee the Solutions Engineering function within the Automation Technology Centre (ATC).

The role involves managing engineering activities across contract engineering and systems engineering, ensuring the delivery of high-quality RTU and SCADA solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience working with electrical distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Leadership & Team Management :

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of solutions engineers within the ATC.
• Allocate and supervise tasks, ensuring timely deliverables with high quality.
• Provide technical direction and foster continuous skill enhancement within the team.
