Position : Manager Accounts & Finance for Hotel & Restaurant industry
Location : Guindy
Qualification : CA Inter ( Must )
Experience : Minimum 5 Years as a Manager Accounts & Finance
CTC : Maximum gross up to 9.20 LPA
Key Responsibilities :
1. Financial Planning and Reporting :
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Oversee financial audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop financial models to forecast revenues, expenses, and cash flow for budgeting and decision-making.
1. Accounts Management :
Ensure timely closure of books of accounts and financial reporting.Manage accounts receivable and payable functions, including vendor management.Supervise day-to-day accounting transactions and general ledger reconciliation.1. Taxation and Compliance :
Ensure compliance with Direct and Indirect Tax regulations, including GST and Income Tax.Filing of statutory returns, including TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and other regulatory filings.Liaise with government authorities and external auditors to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.1. Cost Management :
Monitor company costs and suggest cost-reduction strategies.Oversee the costing and pricing of products / services.1. Treasury and Cash Flow Management :
Manage cash flow planning and ensure the availability of funds as needed.Oversee treasury functions, including investments, loans, and working capital management.1. Internal Controls :
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.Ensure adherence to corporate governance and risk management practices.1. Team Leadership :
Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance for skill development.Required Skills :
In-depth knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.Expertise in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems).Strong understanding of taxation laws, compliance regulations, and statutory filings.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Preferred Attributes :
