Position : Senior Endur Solution Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Endur Solution Lead with over 15 years of industry experience to lead the Endur platform upgrade initiative from both functional and non-functional perspectives . This role demands a deep understanding of OpenLink Endur, energy and commodity trading business processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless upgrade execution and platform integrity.

As a seasoned leader, you will engage directly with delivery teams , assessing upgrade impacts, driving remediation of deprecated custom code, ensuring high-quality testing and acceptance, and guiding clients on industry best practices for future-ready ETRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Endur Platform Upgrade : Oversee and manage the complete upgrade lifecycle — from impact assessment, solution design, and implementation to post-upgrade validation.
• Functional & Technical Oversight : Drive both functional and non-functional aspects of the platform upgrade, ensuring end-to-end solution quality and system integrity.
• Custom Code Remediation : Identify and resolve issues related to deprecated or legacy customizations, ensuring smooth migration to supported configurations.
• Client Advisory & Engagement : Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance on best practices, upgrade readiness, and process optimization.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner closely with distributed client and internal teams to align business, technology, and operational goals.
• Testing & Validation Support : Collaborate with QA and business teams to ensure comprehensive testing, user acceptance, and risk mitigation.
• Mentorship & Enablement : Educate and mentor client and internal stakeholders on new Endur functionalities, platform capabilities, and upgrade strategies.
