Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Paid Ad Expert. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Additional responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, optimizing ad strategies, managing budgets, and preparing performance reports. The Paid Ad Expert will work closely with the digital marketing team to meet performance goals and align campaigns with broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads , and other platforms.
• Conduct detailed keyword research , audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor daily performance and optimize for CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR , and overall campaign efficiency.
• Develop ad creatives in collaboration with design and content teams.
• Conduct A / B testing for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Track budgets and ensure full utilization within target KPIs.
• Set up tracking pixels , conversion events, and remarketing funnels.
• Generate clear performance reports and insights to guide strategy.
• Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices.
