Job Description
Principal Responsibilities :
- Handle personalized service requests of Affluent (Solitaire) customers and deliver TAT.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements for Affluent customer segment.
- Coordinate with internal teams - CPC / RPC / Investment desks for execution of service requests of Affluent customers.
- Manage complaints and ensure resolution within TAT.
- Ensure higher customer wallet share through service to sales cross-sell and deepening of banking relationship.
- Deliver performance on service-quality scorecard
- Visit Customers for service related and profilers.
