Role Description

The Assistant Project Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, expediting tasks to ensure timelines are met, managing logistics, overseeing inspection processes, and supporting the execution of project management activities. The role requires effective communication with multiple stakeholders to streamline project operations and ensure the successful completion of assignments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Expediting and experience as an Expeditor to ensure project schedules are adhered to effectively.
• Strong skills in Project Management to track, plan, and support project goals.
• Knowledge and experience in Inspection procedures and quality assurance processes.
• Expertise in Logistics Management to handle the storage, transport, and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with team members, suppliers, and clients.
• Experience in the construction or road safety industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is an asset.
