Sales Target Achievement- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets within the Delhi / NCR (North) or Mumbai (West) region, contributing to overall business growth.
Lead Gen & Pipeline Management - Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with qualified leads to ensure consistent deal flow.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management - Acquire new corporate clients and nurture relationships to drive repeat business and high retention.
Solution Selling - Articulate the unique value of learning programs and solutions clearly to HR and L&D decision-makers, positioning offerings as strategic enablers.
Market Intelligence - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to adjust sales approach accordingly.
