The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles within the organization. The HR Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms)
• Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment software
• Provide feedback to candidates and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
• Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events
• Prepare and send job offer letters to selected candidates
