Job description
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Development and Talent Management of New Recruits from the universities for the period from their joining to next 3-4 years.
Designing and Conducting Talent Development and Young Leadership Development Programs for New Recruits from the campuses.
Lead the design, implementation, and management of internal academies or corporate universities to upskill and develop talent.
Develop and execute national-level campus engagement strategies to attract, nurture, and retain top talent.
Design and manage graduate, internship, and early talent programs , ensuring strong pipelines for future leadership roles.
Partner with business leaders to deliver large-scale, strategic talent development programs aligned with organizational goals and future skill requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with premier educational institutes and universities to strengthen talent pipelines.
Oversee measurement and impact assessment of learning initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business priorities .
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify skill gaps and implement programs to meet evolving organizational needs.
Candidate Profile :
Minimum 12+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Training.
Proven expertise in managing corporate academies, internal universities, or large-scale L&D initiatives .
Strong understanding of learning strategies, campus engagement, and leadership development .
Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and influence at strategic levels.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Full-time Masters degree from a reputed institution.
