I. Role Overview : Operational Command & Strategy
The Senior HCP AI Campaign Operations Lead is the principal operational owner and technical liaison for our most critical pharmaceutical engagements. This individual is responsible for translating strategic marketing goals into compliant, scalable, and personalized omnichannel campaign execution. The Lead drives operational excellence, ensures data integrity, and acts as the crucial bridge between client business teams, the internal Campaign Operations Team , and the AI Product Development unit. This role demands mastery of the pharmaceutical technology ecosystem (Veeva / SFMC) and the ability to rapidly mobilize and assure operational success for large, complex projects.
II. Strategic Assurance and Project Readiness
The Lead possesses the extensive tenure (6-10 years) necessary to guarantee immediate competence and control over high-stakes pharmaceutical projects.
- Operational Ownership : This Senior Lead takes full end-to-end ownership of the campaign lifecycle, from data architecture and segmentation to deployment, quality assurance, and final metric validation.
- Rapid Mobilization Focus : The recruitment strategy for this profile focuses on candidates capable of swift onboarding , ensuring minimal transition time and allowing for rapid commencement of project scoping immediately upon contract finalization.
- Scalability & Efficiency : Proficient in designing and managing operations for large-volume, multi-channel programs , ensuring efficient, compliant execution across various promotional cycles and target audiences.

A. Execution Platform Mastery
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Expert : Deep, hands-on expertise managing complex digital journeys, utilizing Journey Builder and leveraging advanced features like SQL and AMPScript for precise segmentation, personalization, and data flow validation within the platform.Veeva Ecosystem Proficiency : Ensures flawless integration and synchronization between digital platforms and the field force execution system ( Veeva CRM, Veeva Approved Email ), supporting compliant Closed-Loop Marketing (CLM) .B. AI and Product Integration
Operationalizing AI : Highly skilled in integrating AI / ML model outputs (e.g., Next Best Action logic, predictive scores) directly into live SFMC / Veeva execution workflows to drive intelligent, personalized HCP engagement.Feedback Channel : Acts as the critical liaison to the internal AI Product Development team, translating operational constraints and high-level client strategy into actionable requirements for continuous enhancement of Multiplier AI's campaign products.C. Regulatory Assurance
Compliance Guardian : Ensures all execution strictly adheres to advanced data privacy principles and global pharmaceutical marketing codes of conduct , mitigating operational risk by embedding auditability and robust consent management into every campaign process.IV. Essential Qualifications & Key Skills
Experience : 6 – 10 years in Campaign Operations, MarTech, or Digital Operations within the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry.Technical Skills : Mastery of SFMC and working knowledge of the Veeva commercial suite . Advanced proficiency in SQL is mandatory.Soft Skills : Proven ability in Stakeholder Management , Process Improvement , and leading technical teams in a client-facing, high-stakes environment.
