Job Description : Senior C++ Developer (8+ Years) – Internal Hiring
Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Senior C++ Developer (8+ years) to lead development initiatives, drive technical decisions, and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of complex C++ applications.
- Architect scalable, high-performance modules and ensure code quality.
- Review code, guide best practices, and mentor junior / mid-level developers.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve system performance.
- Contribute to technical planning, estimations, and design discussions.
Required Skills :
Strong expertise in C++ (C++11 / 14 / 17 / 20) and STL.Excellent understanding of OOP, design patterns, algorithms, multithreading .Hands-on experience with Linux / Windows , debugging tools, and version control (Git).Experience with memory management, performance tuning , and real-time or large-scale systems.Familiarity with CMake, Boost, socket programming , or distributed systems.
