Karyas mission is to leverage the AI revolution to create dignified earning and learning opportunities for low-income communities across the India our smartphone-based digital work platform has enabled over 120000 people to build language datasets and evaluate AI models while earning fair wages. With pilots in Kenya and Ethiopia and partnerships with leading AI labs we are advancing language technologies for underrepresented communities. About the Role :

Karya is seeking a Head of Product to lead our product strategy and vision as we scale our digital work platform into a high-impact global product. This is a leadership role for someone who can think long-term architect scalable systems and translate mission into measurable impact.

As the Head of Product youll define and execute the end-to-end product roadmap balancing innovation with operational excellence. Youll lead and mentor the product team collaborate with cross-functional leaders and drive decisions that shape how millions of underserved users earn and learn through Karya.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

• Define and drive the product strategy for Karyas digital work platform ensuring it can scale seamlessly to support a rapidly growing gig workforce. Think in terms of system architecture designing and optimizing features / workflows.
• Measure key performance metrics and design experiments to continuously improve throughput. Launch new features and refine processes to manage our workforce effectively and handle increasingly complex tasks at scale.
• Lead product discovery innovation and portfolio prioritization across multiple product lines (platform worker experience client experience and tools).
