About the Role :

EY is hiring experienced Workday Finance Consultants to join our team supporting a prestigious Australian client. This is a remote opportunity ideal for professionals with a strong background in Workday Financials, Time Tracking, and Advanced Compensation, who are Workday certified and available to work during early hours aligned with Australia time zone.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead or support the implementation of Workday Financial modules, especially Core Finance, Time Tracking, and Advanced Compensation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and configure Workday accordingly.
• Participate in end-to-end Workday implementation projects, from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
• Perform testing, documentation, and user training.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday releases and features.
