We are seeking a Mid-Level PeopleSoft Technical Consultant with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft development, specifically in the HCM module.
The role involves application development, integration, and technical support within a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions using PeopleSoft 9.0 or higher.
- Develop and maintain objects using PeopleTools 8.x or above.
- Design, develop, and maintain integration programs.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Understand and implement PeopleSoft security.
- Provide support across SDLC phases - Development, Unit Testing, Integration Testing,
Performance Testing, UAT, and Hypercare.
Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.Participate in issue resolution, code reviews, and system performance tuning.Work with Oracle Database and Unix / Linux environments.Comply with project methodology and documentation standards.Essential Skills & Qualifications :
4+ years of PeopleSoft Development experienceStrong exposure to Human Capital Management (HCM) moduleHands-on experience with Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, PS Query, ComponentInterfaces, Classic and Fluid Page Design
Proficiency in SQL and experience with Oracle DBBasic understanding of PeopleSoft SecurityExperience in integration development and supportExposure to Unix / Linux OS and basic scripting knowledgeDesirable :
