Technical Consultant - PeopleSoft HCM Module

We are seeking a Mid-Level PeopleSoft Technical Consultant with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft development, specifically in the HCM module.

The role involves application development, integration, and technical support within a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions using PeopleSoft 9.0 or higher.
• Develop and maintain objects using PeopleTools 8.x or above.
• Design, develop, and maintain integration programs.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Understand and implement PeopleSoft security.
• Provide support across SDLC phases - Development, Unit Testing, Integration Testing,

Performance Testing, UAT, and Hypercare.
