Job Description :

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Workday Consultant with 4 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Talent, and Finance. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver scalable and innovative Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end Workday implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules based on client requirements, including Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Talent Management, and Financials.
  • Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for process improvements leveraging Workday capabilities.
  • Develop integrations using Workday Studio, Workday EIB, and Workday Web Services.
  • Manage Workday security roles and permissions to ensure data privacy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and adoption.
  • Perform system testing, data validation, and troubleshooting to ensure solution quality.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including design specs, test cases, and user guides.
  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfers for end-users and support teams.
  • Stay current with Workday releases, updates, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Workday implementations and support.
  • Strong expertise in one or more Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, or Financials.
  • Experience with Workday integrations including Workday Studio, EIB, and Web Services.
  • Good understanding of Workday security framework and role-based access control.
  • Excellent knowledge of business processes in HR, payroll, talent management, or finance domains.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments.
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Workday certification(s) is strongly preferred.
