The Director Projects will report to the India Biotechnology Commercial General Manager and is part of the Cytiva India Commercial organization located in Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune and will be an on-site role.  At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do :

Lead cross-functional project teams to execute site transfer and activation programs, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.

Collaborate with internal teams (Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Operations, Commercial, Procurement, EHS) and external CMOs to ensure seamless integration and operational readiness.

Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, timelines, risk registers, and status reports.

Drive continuous improvement and standardization across project execution frameworks.

Ensure compliance with Cytiva’s quality and regulatory standards throughout project delivery. Ensure compliance to local regulations

Who you are :

A seasoned project manager with long-standing experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing. Experience in single use plastic bag manufacturing is an added advantage.

Proven track record of leading site transfer or activation projects in a regulated environment.

Experience managing relationships with CMOs or external manufacturing partners.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams.

PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
