About the Role : -
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our Travel Support Team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in customer service within the travel or hospitality industry and possess excellent communication skills to handle customer queries with efficiency and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to travel bookings, inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and general support.
Assist customers with flight, hotel, and holiday package information as per their requirements.
Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Provide accurate information on travel policies, pricing, availability, and itineraries.
Coordinate with internal teams (ticketing, operations, sales) to ensure seamless customer service.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems appropriately.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions.
Adhere to company guidelines, SLAs, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer support (preferably in travel, hospitality, or BPO travel process).
additional languages are an advantage.
Basic understanding of travel terminologies (PNR, GDS, fares, etc.) is preferred.
Good problem-solving abilities and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills
Experience with travel booking platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.)
Knowledge of domestic & international travel processes
Strong interpersonal skills and patience while dealing with customers
