Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Procurement Officer to manage end-to-end procurement operations, coordinate with vendors, handle urgent requirements, and ensure timely delivery of materials. The role involves negotiating terms, maintaining accurate documentation, and working closely with operations and technical teams. Candidates must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in procurement or supply chain functions within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage procurement activities and coordinate with vendors for quotations, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Handle urgent procurement requests and critical requirement situations efficiently.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation, purchase orders, and invoices.
