Job Description : GM – Accounts & Finance (Tech Industry | IPO-Bound)

Position : General Manager – Accounts & Finance

Industry : Technology (IPO-Bound)

Must have worked in 50-200 CR Company and Startup

Focus Areas : Investments, Due Diligence, IPO Compliance, Fund Raising, Banking, NSME

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Accounts & Finance function, ensuring strong financial governance and compliance.
• Drive investment planning , financial modelling, and capital allocation strategies.
• Manage due diligence processes for investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee all IPO-related compliances , including coordination with merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and regulators.
• Support fund-raising efforts including equity, debt, and strategic investment rounds.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, budgeting, MIS, and reporting.
• Manage banking, NSME, cash flow planning, treasury , and working capital.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and financial processes.
• Provide strategic financial insights to the leadership team for growth and scaling.
