Job description
  • Achieve allocated sourcing budget (New to Bank) in terms of numbers & value on a daily basis.
  • Area mapping of the assigned area for identifying the potential of the area.
  • Activity based lead creation for acquisition of NTB customers
  • Log daily leads in the lead management system
  • Meet minimum 10 new customers daily and record DSR (Daily Sale Report) both digitally & physically.
  • Smooth onboarding of new customers to bank by ensuring appropriate coordination with branch staff.
  • Properly educate customers about scheme details / interest servicing / renewals.
  • Be professional & courteous in communication
  • Maintain diary & always keep your appointed time & dates promptly.
  • Understand products & prevailing industry practices and trends and suggest system / process changes required, to respective verticals.
