Role Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester who will serve as a critical bridge between our clients, product, and engineering teams. You'll be responsible for identifying issues, ensuring product quality, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the resolution process.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Perform manual and exploratory testing across all platform channels (WhatsApp, email, voice, web chat)
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps
- Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases
- Develop and maintain test cases for new and existing features
Client Communication & Support
Respond to client-reported issues promptly and professionallyInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client concernsProvide regular updates to clients on issue status and resolution timelinesEscalate critical issues appropriately and keep stakeholders informedTechnical Collaboration
Work closely with the engineering team to report and prioritize bugsProvide detailed bug reports with logs, screenshots, and contextual informationParticipate in sprint reviews and planning sessionsCollaborate on root cause analysis for recurring issuesRequirements
1-3 years of experience in QA testing or a similar roleStrong attention to detail and analytical thinkingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Linear, or similar)Basic understanding of APIs and how web applications workComfortable reading logs and identifying patternsAbility to manage multiple issues and prioritize effectivelyReliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setupNice to Have
